INGREDIENTS: “00” wheat flour, butter [20% (milk)], water, yolk of pasteurised fresh category A egg (16%), sugar, pistachios (4%), natural raising powder, wheat malted flour, skimmed milk powder, all-flower honey. Flavouring: vanilla paste (brown sugar syrup, vanilla concentrate 15%, vanilla pod powder 11%, vanilla seeds, brown sugar).
ICING: pistachio paste [1,5% – sugar, vegetal fat (palm kernel oil, coconut), skimmed milk powder, pistachios (5%), milk serum powder, lactose. Emulsifier: soybean lecithin, flavouring, salt, colouring agents: E141i, β-carotene], chopped pistachio praline (0,5%).
